Our top priority is ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. You can be confident that once your order is placed, we will promptly send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping.
We are proud to offer our customers same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed after 12:00 p.m. and for orders placed in other Emirates.
Our Standard Delivery (within the UAE) typically takes 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
For international orders, our express delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Yes, you'll enjoy free shipping on total orders valued at 350 AED or above within the UAE.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM UAE will be dispatched same day (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed after 1:00PM on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday or Business Day following a public holiday in the UAE.
There are exceptional circumstances when this may be delayed such as due to busy periods during Black Friday, Christmas and Sales as well as if there are any queries regarding your order such as incomplete address, security checks etc.
We ship all orders from our fulfilment center in the United Arab Emirates.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just send us an email to hi@thevybe.co or message us on Whatsapp within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take you through the process.
TO REQUEST A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL OR MESSAGE US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS.
A collection fee equivalent to the original delivery charge will apply unless items in the order were defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR BE EXCHANGED.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN AN UNWORN AND UNWASHED CONDITION, DEEMED FIT FOR RESALE WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL GOODS ARE INSPECTED ON RETURN.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING PRODUCTS ON, FOR EXAMPLE, ENSURE YOU ARE NOT WEARING MAKEUP, PERFUME, DEODORANT OR ANTIPERSPIRANT AS THIS MAY LEAVE MARKS ON THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US WITH ANY MARKS OR STAINS.
Debit/credit card refunds:
Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process and issue your refund. We'll shoot you an email to keep you in the loop on when we've started the refund. Just a heads up, your bank might take around 14 working days to process card refunds after we've initiated it. If you have any questions along the way, we're here for you!
COD refunds:
If you paid by cash upon delivery, we will be able to return the paid amount on your Gymshark wallet instantly, once your return has been received in our warehouse.
We will issue your refund as an e-gift card sent to the same registered email ID. The email has the barcode, gift card number, PIN, and expiry date.
Tabby Refunds:
After we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to sort everything out and get your refund processed. Once we've sent it, you should see it show up in your Tabby account within 24 hours.

When it comes to returns, it's best to keep things separate. Each shipment should be returned on its own, each return request is packaged separately and is collected by a different driver. This helps smooth out the refund process. If you've accidentally dispatched multiple returns in a single package, just give us a heads-up, and we'll sort things out for you.
Payments
We've got your back when it comes to making your shopping experience even more convenient. Now, you can enjoy the flexibility of paying in installments with options Tabby.
Moreover, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. And we also offer cash on delivery.
Tabby does not approve 100% of all orders, your spending limit may vary based on the store where you are shopping. Our Customer Service team is not able to change the automated outcome of the approval decision.

Tracking
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:
Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team with your order number to hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away.
Tracking informations is automatically emailed to all customers once they have placed their order.
Customs & Taxes

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Please note all orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UAE and therefore you will not have to pay any extra import taxes to receive your order.

THE VYBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR PLACE ON HOLD ORDERS PLACED WITH INCORRECT DELIVERY OPTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE AND TO DELAY DISPATCH OF ITEMS UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAS CONFIRMED CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS OR CONFIRMED IT IS A LEGITIMATE ORDER BY PROVIDING IDENTIFICATION. THE CUSTOMER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES OF PROVIDING INCORRECT INFORMATION - ONLY THE BLIND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING REFUNDS OR SENDING REPLACEMENTS.
